ABOUT THE COMPANY:
A multinational group created more than 30 years ago, specialised in consulting services, information technology and engineering services to the main companies in the market.
ABOUT PORTO & POSITION:
To support intensive European growth, the Group has decided to build a Center based in Porto with the aim of provide administrative and financial support to the European subsidiaries. In this context, they are seeking for a Financial administrative technician - French speaker. This role will report to the Billing team leader of the Service Center.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collecting all the commercial documents required for your business on time,
- Enter and validate orders in our information system,
- Checking invoicing details and drawing up customer invoices,
- Follow-up customers and manage any billing disputes,
- Ensuring that sales are recognised and taking part in monthly closings by validating outstanding invoices by validating outstanding invoices.
This description considers the main responsibilities;
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree,
- Fluent in French,
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions,
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
