A multinational leader in its sector, specializing in high-volume process management for both public and private clients, is seeking to recruit a Bid Manager fluent in French and English. This role will be key in leading and managing the full proposal lifecycle - from pre-qualification to submission - ensuring competitive, accurate, and client-focused responses.
Description
- Review tender documentation with the sales team to assess relevance and feasibility;
- Define bid strategy, key messages, and the unique value proposition;
- Lead and structure the full bid process: kick-off ? reviews ? submission;
- Coordinate input across multiple functions (Operations, IT, HR, Legal, Finance, Security, etc.);
- Support the preparation of financial models, cost estimates, and provisional P&L;
- Draft, edit, and tailor proposal content to client needs and expectations;
- Ensure consistency, clarity, and compliance with brand and legal standards;
- Maintain and update a content library (case studies, templates, credentials);
- Prepare presentations, evaluation materials, and negotiation support documents;
- Guarantee on-time, compliant submissions that meet all technical requirements;
- Collaborate with global teams to align on best practices and share knowledge;
- Recommend process, tool, and methodology improvements to increase efficiency and competitiveness.
Profile
- Higher education degree (Business, Marketing, or similar);
- Postgraduate studies or certifications in project/bid management are a plus;
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in bid management, proposal writing, consulting, or presales, ideally in an international context;
- Proven ability to manage multiple complex bids simultaneously under tight deadlines;
- Full professional proficiency in French (C1 or native) and English (fluent) are mandatory;
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills;
- Analytical, detail-oriented, and highly organized.
