Mission: As a Bellman, you play a key role in creating lasting first and final impressions. You will be responsible for welcoming guests upon arrival, assisting them throughout their stay, and ensuring a smooth departure — all while upholding the brand’s highest service standards. Your presence and attentiveness will help elevate the overall guest experience.


What You Will Do

  • Warmly greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a professional and friendly welcome and farewell.
  • Safely handle, store, and retrieve luggage, guaranteeing care and attention to guests' belongings.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organisation of the entrance and lobby areas, contributing to a positive and polished first impression.
  • Provide accurate and helpful information about hotel facilities, transportation options, and local attractions, always with a proactive and guest-focused attitude.
  • Ensure smooth communication with the Front Desk, staying informed about check-ins, check-outs, VIP guests, and special requests.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to all guest inquiries or concerns, ensuring effective resolution and guest satisfaction.


Perfil do Candidato

What We Are Looking For


  • Education: Background in Hospitality, Tourism or related fields.
  • Languages: Fluency in Portuguese and English is required. Knowledge of a third language is a plus.
  • Skills & Knowledge:
  • Understanding of hotel operations and guest service standards.
  • Strong communication skills and a service-oriented mindset.
  • Familiarity with customer service techniques, access control, and emergency evacuation procedures.
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a similar role within the luxury hospitality industry.
