Description
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with biotech, pharma, and academic partners;
- Leverage an existing client portfolio to accelerate growth;
- Conduct market analysis to identify emerging opportunities in antibody discovery & development;
- Collaborate with scientific and project management teams to align client needs with CRO capabilities;
- Represent the company at international industry conferences and networking events.
Profile
- Graduate degree in Biosciences, Biotechnology, Biochemistry or related field;
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Business Development within CRO, biotech or pharma;
- Strong network and client portfolio in antibody discovery, biologics or preclinical services;
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex deals;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English (proficiency in other languages is a plus);
- Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to thrive in a fast-paced, innovation-driven environment.
