Right now, we're looking for a Basic Technical Support Specialist who speaks French and English to join a vibrant, multicultural team based in Lisbon. If you love tech, enjoy helping people, and want to grow your career in an international environment - this role is for you.
What You'll Do:
- ? Help customers with setup, troubleshooting, and product-related questions.
- Respond to inquiries via phone and email - quickly, clearly, and professionally.
- Handle returns, exchanges, and order support while keeping customers informed and satisfied.
- Recommend solutions and products tailored to each customer's needs.
- Stay up to date on tech trends, tools, and updates to best support users.
- Share insights and feedback to help improve products and services.
? What You Bring:
- Very good French & English communication skills (B2-C1).
- Logical thinking and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Experience with customer service, especially around orders and returns.
- Tech-savvy mindset with curiosity for gadgets and innovation.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for delivering great user experiences.
- Calm and organized under pressure, even during busy hours.
What You'll Get:
- Full-time contract (40h/week), permanent after 30-day trial.
