Join our vibrant bar team at Parco Ibiza's Pool Bar (open daily from around 10:30–19:30) and support service at El Patio restaurant in the evenings. We're all about creating a relaxed, green oasis vibe with refreshing drinks throughout the day—think fresh smoothies, local wines, coffees, teas, light snacks, and especially our amazing cocktails! As a Bartender, you'll craft and serve high-quality beverages for our international guests relaxing poolside or enjoying sunset drinks, helping make their Ibiza stay unforgettable in our boutique glamping setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks, with a strong focus on crafting refreshing and creative cocktails (classics, signatures, and guest requests).
• Maintain the pool bar and evening restaurant bar areas—stocking, cleaning, and presenting everything to high standards.
• Engage with guests: recommend drinks, chat about Ibiza vibes, and provide personalized, friendly service.
• Handle cash/card payments, manage inventory, and ensure responsible alcohol service.
• Collaborate with the F&B team during peak times, events, or special evenings (e.g., supporting BBQ nights).
• Contribute ideas for new cocktail creations to keep our menu exciting and seasonal.

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience as a bartender, ideally in resorts, pool bars, or hospitality venues.
• Excellent cocktail-making skills—if you have flair for mixology, creative recipes, or experience with fresh/seasonal ingredients, that's a huge plus!
• Fluent English; additional languages (Spanish, German, Dutch, or French) highly valued for our diverse guests.
• Charismatic, outgoing personality with great customer service and a love for creating memorable moments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced outdoor environment, with flexibility for day/evening shifts and weekends.
• EU work permit or eligibility to work in Spain.
• Passion for the Ibiza lifestyle and delivering relaxed luxury in a family-friendly atmosphere.
