Barista Wanted - Join the KORE Café Team (Estoril, Lisbon)

Location: Estoril, Greater Lisbon (in-studio café at KORE Pilates)

About Us:

KORE Café is a specialty coffee and wellness café located within KORE Studios-a community space dedicated to movement, nourishment, and connection. At the heart of it all is our café: a cozy, stylish hub where guests come to recharge and connect. We proudly serve specialty coffee (in partnership with Fabrica Coffee Roasters), fresh superfood smoothies, protein shakes, and wholesome snacks. Now, we're looking for a passionate barista to help us deliver good vibes, great coffee, and amazing shakes.

Who You Are:

- You're passionate about coffee-and people.

- Friendly, dependable, and detail-oriented.

- Experienced as a barista (or a quick learner with the right mindset).

- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).

- Aligned with values of wellness, sustainability, and meaningful service.

What You'll Do:

- Prepare and serve excellent coffee, smoothies, and shakes

- Manage daily café operations: opening/closing, cleaning, restocking

- Oversee our in-café wellness shop: sales, restocking, and visual styling

- Provide warm, attentive customer service to members and guests

- Keep the café and retail area clean, organised, and inviting

- Occasionally support with light food prep or events
