Backup Administrator (m/f) - Hybrid (Sintra)

What do you need to have:

Hard Skills:

• Strong experience with Networker and Data Protector (installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting)
• Knowledge of Data Domains
• Experience working in large storage environments with formal change management practices
• Understanding of network routing and firewall requirements for backups
• Ability to configure replication between sites
• Experience with ITSM tools such as Remedy and Helix
• Skills to develop and implement automation solutions to meet SLAs
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and attention to detail
• Ability to create regular backup reports
• Strong documentation skills and ability to train junior staff
• Experience in 2nd level support and availability for 24x7 on-call duties
• Additional desirable knowledge: Veeam, Commvault, Cohesity
