About the job:
We are looking for an experienced Tech Lead to lead the backend team in large-scale distributed systems.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in Java and Spring Boot
- Experience in managing technical teams
- Strong ability in systems design and complex problem-solving
- Fluent English (min. B2)
- Living in Portugal
Tech Stack: Java, Spring Boot, GCP, AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, REST APIs, SQL.
Desirable: experience in scaled Agile, balance between hands-on technical work and people leadership.
Location: Lisbon, Braga, or Coimbra (Remote/Hybrid)
