Your New Role

As a Backend Developer, you will be instrumental in designing and maintaining the server-side architecture of a cloud-native web platform used by major clients in the mobility sector. You will work within a small, cross-functional team, contributing to the full software development lifecycle — from concept to deployment — ensuring scalable and secure solutions. 

Key responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing both client-side and server-side architecture.
• Developing and maintaining robust databases and applications.
• Creating secure and efficient APIs.
• Conducting software testing to ensure performance and responsiveness.
• Debugging, troubleshooting, and upgrading existing systems.
• Implementing data protection and security measures.
• Building features and applications within cloud environments (e.g., AWS).
• Producing clear and structured technical documentation.
• Collaborating with product managers and developers to shape software solutions.
• Working alongside analysts and data scientists to enhance functionality.

What You Need to Succeed 

• Strong experience as a Python Developer (essential).
• Practical knowledge of serverless architecture and service orchestration in AWS (e.g., AWS CDK).
• Familiarity with streaming technologies (advantageous).
• Solid understanding of software engineering principles and version control.
• Experience with both document-based and relational databases.
• Fluency in English, suitable for working in an international team.
• Exposure to JavaScript frameworks (Vue.js, React, Node.js – desirable).
• Basic front-end skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript – a plus).
