Back Office Support Assistant
Description
Support of Schmitz Cargobull Subsidiaries across Europe in daily sales administration of Schmitz Cargobull's products and services: New and Used Trailers, Spare Parts and Service Contracts (Telematics, Full Service)
Daily work in SAP (sales, purchasing, invoicing, administration)
Daily work in CRM
Daily communication and cooperation with international colleagues
Reporting for Subsidiaries and Management on a regular basis
Profile
Higher education in Accounting, Economics or Management
Minimum 1 year of experience in SAP SD Module
Experience in an international environment or support activities is considered an advantage
Fluent English, both written and spoken (German, Spanish, French or Italian would be considered an advantage)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel in particular)
High attention to detail and analytical skills
Ability to work in a team and strong communication skills
Flexibility in terms of support for projects, when required
Willingness to learn and expand your expertise
