FactorChave-Marketing Integrado is an integrated marketing agency, specializing in the health sector, located in Lisbon, Portugal. As the first PCO (Professional Congress Organization) in Portugal to achieve the quality certification by APECATE.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Back Office Trainee at FactorChave. The Back Office Trainee will report to back-office manager and will be responsible for back office daily operations. Work as team member and with other company teams delivering tasks accordingly with goals and timeline.

This will be a level 6 IEFP internership in terms of payment and accordingly with IEFP.

Qualifications

• Bachelor in Events management or similar
• Strong Communication and Customer Service abilities
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Team work skills
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles
• Fluency in Portuguese and English
• Previous experience in the health sector is a plus
