A multinational company is looking to strengthen its team with a Back-Office Commercial professional to support the commercial operations and ensure smooth coordination across the sales process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer service (in person and by phone);
• Order processing and data entry;
• Issuing documentation for goods preparation and shipping;
• Communicating order confirmations and delivery timelines to clients;
• Recording commercial opportunities and coordinating with the sales team;
• Invoicing and administrative support;
• Supporting the Operations Department as needed.

Profile:

• Minimum: High school diploma (12th grade);
• Solid computer skills (experience with Multi system is a plus);
• Intermediate level of English and Spanish (spoken and written);
• Strong organizational and communication skills;
• Proactive and detail-oriented.
