Description

• Assist customers, sales, and partners by resolving simple and complex inquiries affecting business performance;
• Ensure accurate and timely maintenance of customer, contract, and pricing data (Master Data Management);
• Manage escalated customer inquiries and route requests to the appropriate teams (Sales, Credit, Delivery, etc.);
• Oversee billing processes and support continuous process and quality improvements;
• Comply with relevant medical/food management systems.

Profile

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken;
• Customer Service experience;
• Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including MS Office;
• Excel knowledge;
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving;
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
