Description
Provide telephone-based customer support with a focus on identifying and generating sales leads
Conduct research to update and maintain the customer database with relevant sales information
Carry out regular customer satisfaction surveys to ensure service quality and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate closely with the field sales and service teams to support customer needs
Manage contract renewals and extensions within the service area
Share product information and extend invitations to customer events and promotional initiatives
Profile
You enjoy working on the phone and are confident in gathering and delivering information over calls;
Previous experience in telemarketing or call center environments;
Excellent Lithuanian language skills, ideally at native level;
Good command of English, both spoken and written;
Solid IT skills, particularly with Microsoft Office tools;
Strong customer focus and service-oriented mindset;
Ability to work independently with a structured approach;
High level of self-motivation and initiative.
