Our Opportunity


We are looking for a proactive, driven, and commercially minded B2B Technical Sales Associate to support Ynvisible's growth across key markets. In this hybrid role, you will combine account management, direct sales, and business development to help expand our customer base, strengthen relationships with key accounts, and accelerate opportunity creation for our printed e paper display technology.


You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Product teams, contributing to customer outreach, early stage prospecting, opportunity qualification, and the development of long term commercial relationships. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both engaging with customers and identifying new market opportunities in an innovative technology environment.


Your key responsibilities will include:

1. Direct Sales & Customer Management

  • Drive the full sales cycle from lead qualification to meetings, demos, proposals, and contract coordination.
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers and qualified prospects, ensuring timely follow up and clear communication.
  • Manage inbound leads from the website, events, and marketing campaigns, ensuring timely and proactive follow-up.
  • Keep CRM data accurate and up to date across all activities and pipeline stages.

2. Business Development & Opportunity Generation

  • Identify and assess new business opportunities, market segments, and applications for Ynvisible's printed e paper displays.
  • Conduct outbound outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) to spark early stage conversations with potential customers.
  • Craft tailored outreach messages aligned with customer needs and market trends.
  • Lead qualification calls, gather requirements, and schedule demos or follow up meetings.

3. Market Outreach & Events

  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, exhibitions, and webinars.
  • Represent Ynvisible in customer meetings, early-stage demos, and industry networking activities.
  • Collaborate with Marketing to align messaging, materials, and target lists for events.

4. Sales Operations & Market Insights

  • Conduct market and competitive research, sharing structured insights with Sales, Product, and Marketing.
  • Assist with onboarding and supporting distributors, reps, and partners, keeping them aligned with product updates and commercial goals.
  • Collaborate on sales materials, demo assets, campaigns, and targeted outreach lists.
  • Track key sales metrics and maintain clear, organized documentation to support reporting, forecasting, and internal communication.


The Ideal Candidate

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience in B2B technical sales or business development-preferably in electronics, printed electronics, displays, IoT, or manufacturing-is a strong advantage.

Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable engaging with customers and initiating new conversations.
  • Ability to translate technical product capabilities into clear customer value propositions.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive) and outreach tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation).
  • Organized, self driven, and capable of managing multiple customer interactions in a dynamic environment.
  • Comfortable with outbound outreach, early stage prospecting, and participating in customer meetings.
  • Highly proactive, curious, and motivated to learn about printed electronics, flexible displays, and advanced materials.
