Role description


We are looking to strengthen our sales team with someone interested in consultative B2B sales, results-oriented, and capable of holding value-driven conversations with business clients.

Your mission will be to generate and develop sales opportunities, combining outbound prospecting with inbound leads, understanding customer needs and supporting them throughout the full sales cycle: from first contact to proposal, negotiation and close.

This is a role with real commercial responsibility, clear goals, training and support, where both the quality of conversations and achieved results are equally valued.



Responsibilities


  • Build and develop a sales pipeline through a combination of outbound prospecting and inbound leads.
  • Contact potential B2B clients and hold sales conversations focused on understanding their context and needs.
  • Conduct meetings to present Hubexo's value proposition and solutions.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process: initial contact, needs analysis, proposal, follow-up, negotiation and closing.
  • Keep CRM information up to date, tracking activity and opportunity status.
  • Work towards clear sales targets, with regular follow-up and a continuous improvement mindset.
  • Learn the product, market and sales messaging to progressively improve conversion rates and opportunity quality.
  • Collaborate with the sales team, sharing learnings and best practices.



Requirements


  • Previous experience in B2B sales, inside sales or target-driven commercial roles.
  • Comfort holding commercial conversations and carrying out prospecting activities.
  • Interest in consultative selling and understanding customer needs before proposing solutions.
  • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage opportunities.
  • Good verbal and written communication skills.
  • Learning mindset, consistency and results orientation.
  • Intermediate level of English for internal communication with international teams


Previous experience in the construction sector or SaaS is not required. We value your commercial background, attitude and motivation to grow in B2B sales.

  • Base salary between 15.000€ and 20.000€ gross per year.
  • Variable commission scheme linked to target achievement, with an estimated on-target earnings (OTE) of up to 6000€ gross per year.
