Your New Role
As a Systems & Operations Engineer, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the secure and efficient operation of the company’s platform. You’ll manage system configurations, respond to incidents, develop automation tools, and collaborate closely with DevOps, Support, and other teams. Your role will also include coaching team members, maintaining documentation, and participating in a 24/7 on-call rotation. 

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Experience in system administration, network management, and infrastructure design
• Proficiency in Linux command line and scripting (Python, Bash)
• Hands-on experience with AWS, Docker, Terraform, and virtualisation platforms (e.g., oVirt)
• Familiarity with monitoring tools like Prometheus, Grafana, Kibana, Loki, Zabbix
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset
• Fluency in English (written and spoken)
• Experience working in agile software engineering environments
• Curiosity and a passion for innovation and technology
