Key Responsibilities

1. Dealer Network Development (Primary Responsibility)

l Develop and implement dealer network expansion plans to establish coverage in key markets.

l Identify, evaluate and recruit qualified dealers with strong financial capability and sales capacity.

l Lead negotiations and dealer agreements to accelerate market entry in new territories.

2. Sales Target Achievement (Core KPI)

l Take full responsibility for the overall sales performance of the managed dealer network.

l Ensure annual and quarterly sales targets are achieved.

l Allocate sales targets to assigned dealers and establish tracking and performance monitoring mechanisms.

l Support dealers in improving retail sales, conversion rates and inventory turnover.

l Develop corrective action plans for underperforming dealers and follow up on improvements.

3. Channel Operations & Performance Improvement

l Establish a data monitoring system to track dealer sales, inventory levels and market performance.

l Coordinate marketing resources to support key dealers and improve retail conversion.

l Implement risk monitoring mechanisms to prevent excessive inventory and operational risks.

4. Dealer Management & Enablement

l Organize training programs for managed dealers to strengthen sales capabilities and brand standards.

l Guide dealers in implementing local marketing and promotion activities.

l Conduct regular dealer visits to resolve operational challenges and strengthen partnerships.

Requirements

1.Experience in automotive industry or channel sales.

2.Proven experience in dealer network development; successful channel expansion cases are highly preferred.

3.Strong understanding of automotive distribution models (dealer networks, regional distributors, etc.).
