The role

We are looking for highly motivated and goal-driven Sales Consultants based in the Porto area, who will work primarily remotely with the availability to attend regular monthly meetings in a coworking space. We welcome both junior and senior consultants who are used to working toward targets and eager to grow in a constantly expanding market.

The consultant will provide automotive-related advice, manage and build customer loyalty, and support clients throughout the entire sales negotiation process.

Required skills

• Strong sales aptitude and excellent communication skills;
• Knowledge of the automotive industry;
• Ability to manage car sales/rental negotiations;
• Strong goal orientation and results-driven attitude;
• Consultative approach to customer service;
• Ability to collaborate effectively with post-sales colleagues to streamline the documentation process.

Ideal candidate

The ideal candidate meets the following criteria:

• Holder of or willing to open self-employment status (freelance/independent contractor);
• Demonstrates professionalism and punctuality;
• Possesses solid computer skills and problem-solving abilities;
• Is based in the Porto area and available to attend monthly coworking sessions.
