We are seeking a Siemens Automation Specialist with strong experience across Siemens control systems and platforms, including PLCs, SCADA/HMI, and BMS tools. This role will be key to delivering end-to-end automation solutions as part of major project implementations across multiple sectors such as manufacturing, utilities, or high-tech facilities.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, and deploy Siemens automation solutions (PLC, HMI, SCADA, and BMS)
  • Develop control system architectures and integrate field instrumentation and networks
  • Lead or support automation project delivery from design through commissioning and validation
  • Program Siemens PLCs (e.g., S7-1200, S7-1500) using TIA Portal, Step 7, and WinCC
  • Support BMS/HVAC integration where applicable (e.g., Desigo CC, PXC controllers)
  • Interface with multidisciplinary engineering teams and provide onsite support when needed
  • Ensure all systems meet compliance, safety, and quality standards (e.g., GAMP, 21 CFR Part 11 if pharma-related)
  • Prepare and maintain documentation including design specs, FAT/SAT protocols, and O&M manuals



Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Siemens automation systems
  • Proficient with TIA Portal, Step 7, WinCC, and Siemens HMI/SCADA platforms
  • Familiar with industrial communication protocols (e.g., Profibus, Profinet, Modbus)
  • Experience with control panel design and electrical schematics
  • Strong troubleshooting, commissioning, and fault-finding skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and project coordination abilities
  • Willingness to travel to client or project sites when required
