The Role

As a Automation Engineer you will be responsible for:

- Developing and implementing automation solutions to optimize industrial processes;

- Integrate multiple automation and robotics solutions such as AMRs, conveyor systems, stacker cranes and end-of-line robots, ensuring their correct implementation and operation;

- Creating tools and algorithms to improve the efficiency and productivity of automated systems;

- Analyze and solve technical problems related to industrial automation;

- Test and validate software and hardware to ensure the reliability of the implemented solutions.

You

We expect you to have a college degree in Electrotechnics, Automation and Robotics Engineering or similar, with a minimum of 5 years experience in similar jobs and programming skils.

You also have:

- Basic knowledge in Electricity/Instrumentation, Pneumatics and Hydraulics;

- Knowledge of PLC programming from several manufacturers (e.g. Siemens, Omron and Beckoff);

- Knowledge of Robotics (e.g. Kuka, Abb, Fanuc);

- Knowledge of EPLAN;

- Knowledge in industrial communication optics (e.g. CAN, MQTT, EtherCAT, ProfiNET);

- Knowledge of Robotics / Automation simulation software.
