- You greet and serve guests with courtesy and professionalism, ensuring an outstanding dining experience.
- You take accurate orders and provide recommendations on dishes, wines, and special menus.
- You serve food and beverages according to resort standards of quality and presentation.
- You coordinate with kitchen and other departments to guarantee smooth service.
- You maintain cleanliness and organization of tables and work areas.
- You handle special requests and resolve issues promptly and empathetically.
- You promote upselling opportunities to enhance the guest experience.
- You stay informed about resort promotions, seasonal offers, and local attractions to assist guests proactively.
