We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Associate to join our Real Estate Funds Management team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in financial modeling, financing, and valuations within the real estate sector. As an Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our investment strategies and contributing to the growth and success of our real estate funds.
Principais responsabilidades
- Financial Modeling: Develop and maintain complex financial models to evaluate real estate investment opportunities, forecast financial performance, and support decisionmaking processes.
- Valuations: Conduct thorough property and portfolio valuations, employing various methodologies such as DCF (Discounted Cash Flow), sales comparison, and income capitalization approaches.
- Market Research: Perform detailed market analysis to identify trends, risks, and opportunities within the real estate sector. Provide actionable insights to informinvestment strategies.
- Due Diligence: Assist in the due diligence process for potential acquisitions, including financial analysis, property inspections, and coordination with third-party consultants.
- Financing: Support the structuring and execution of debt and equity financing transactions. Prepare financing packages and collaborate with lenders and investors.
- Investment Memoranda: Prepare comprehensive investment memoranda and presentations for internal and external stakeholders, articulating the investment thesis, financial projections, and risk assessments.
- Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of existing investments, track key metrics, and assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual reports for investors.
Perfil desejado
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in financial modeling, financing, and valuations within the real estate sector.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis using Excel. Experience with real estate valuation software and financial databases is advantageous.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with the ability to interpret complex financial data and market information.
