Support M&A transactions from analysis and valuation through execution.

Description

Support the execution of M&A transactions across different sectors;

Prepare financial models, company valuations and transaction analyses;

Conduct industry, market and company research;

Prepare pitch books, information memoranda and other client materials;

Support due diligence processes and transaction documentation;

Analyse financial statements, business plans and key value drivers;

Work closely with senior team members throughout the transaction lifecycle;

Participate in client meetings and interaction with external advisers.

Profile

Degree in Finance, Economics, Management, Engineering or a related field;

Previous experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Investment Banking or similar;

Strong financial modelling, valuation and analytical skills;

Solid understanding of financial statements and corporate finance concepts;

Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills;

Strong attention to detail and ability to work under demanding deadlines;

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;

Fluency in Portuguese and English.
