The position plays a central role in investment decision-making while managing junior team members and engaging with senior stakeholders.

Description

Preparation, review, and analysis of detailed financial models;

Preparation of materials for investment committees and support in interactions with investors;

Coordination of due diligence processes (financial, legal, operational, environmental, and commercial);

Support in the structuring and execution of transactions;

Strategic and financial monitoring of the portfolio companies held by the Private Equity Funds managed by the Management Company.

Profile

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Private Equity, Investment Banking, Transaction Services, or Strategic Consulting;

Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and autonomy;

Team player;

Proactivity and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify opportunities for improvement and optimisation;

Clear and objective communication skills, both in the presentation of analyses and investment rationales, and in interactions with different areas of the company and external stakeholders;

Analytical mindset, with the ability to translate numbers and data into actionable insights for decision-making;

Rigour, attention to detail, and results-oriented;

Fluency in English.
