Our client is a company in the hospitality business. Currently they are looking for an Assistant Manager.
Principais responsabilidades
Reporting to the General Manager this person will be responsable for:
- Maintaining the account along with the General Manager in accordance with the approved budget while meeting client expectations;
- Conduct safety, sanitation, and maintenance programs while maintaining excellent relationships with employees, guests and the client as well as other departments within the operation;
- Promote the professional growth and development of the entire team;
- Assisting with the marketing, lettings and promotion of the accommodation;
- Undertaking regular inspections of flats;
- Undertaking routine daily/weekly safety inspections and updating the web based safety;
- Contact with suppliers.
Perfil desejado
The ideal profile should have:
- Worked in hospitality area with similar functions;
- Fluency in English (mandatory) and Spanish (plus);
- Management or supervision of others on a regular, routine basis, preferably experienced as a leader of manager level reports;
- Accountability for the financial performance of your business area both revenue and profit.
- Commercially savvy and good comnunication skills;
- Presence and credibility to work with a wide range of groups and individuals;
- Highly organised.
