The Hotel

Following two years of extensive renovation, the historic Albergo Italia reopens under the new name Le Graal Cortina, part of the luxury collection “Le Graal.”

This 5-star luxury hotel, featuring a contemporary and sophisticated design, aims to offer guests a unique and memorable hospitality experience through impeccable, empathetic, and spontaneous service. The goal is to create a welcoming and refined atmosphere where every guest feels valued and pampered. The primary objective of the team is to excel in every aspect of the guest experience—from warm welcomes and personalized attention to the high quality and uniqueness of dining and wellness services.


Main responsibilities:

  • Support the SPA Manager in overseeing daily operations of the spa, including treatment rooms, wellness areas, relaxation lounges, and retail.
  • Lead, train, and develop a high-performing team of therapists, receptionists, and wellness professionals.
  • Ensure all spa services are delivered with the highest level of professionalism, care, and attention to detail.
  • Develop and update treatment menus and wellness programs in collaboration with leading brands and therapists.
  • Directly perform treatments in cabin, when necessary
  • Monitor guest satisfaction and respond effectively to feedback and special requests.
  • Manage spa inventory, retail sales, and vendor relationships to ensure quality and profitability.
  • Ensure strict adherence to hygiene, safety, and health regulations.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Central Team to promote spa packages, seasonal offers, and membership programs.
  • Keep up to date with industry trends and implement innovative concepts to enhance the spa experience.



Perfil do Candidato

  • Experience as SPA Assistant Manager or SPA Therapist in luxury hospitality
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Italian. A third language would represent an advantage
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a complex and diverse team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Sound judgment and decision-making abilities, especially in high-pressure situations
  • High proficiency in using SPA management software and other computer systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field is highly preferred.
  • Previous experience as a hands-on therapist is preferred
