Your Key Responsibilities

• Assist in managing sales and marketing activities, focusing on the Spanish market.
• Research and analyse market trends to identify new business opportunities in the Spanish market.
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations to potential clients.
• Generate reports on sales performance and market insights.
• Assist in organizing and participating in trade shows and industry events.
• Contribute to the creation of marketing materials and campaigns.
• Utilize language skills to communicate effectively with Spanish, Portuguese, and English-speaking clients and colleagues.
• Leverage 5+ years of sales experience in the Spanish market to drive growth and achieve targets.
• Use PC skills to prepare reports, presentations, and marketing materials using email, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Apply strong communication skills in interactions with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, utilizing relationship-building capabilities.

What do you need to succeed

• Availability to start in March 2025.
• Language Skills: Fluent in Spanish, Portuguese, and English.
• Strategic thinking and planning.
• Proven negotiation, sales skills and proactivity.
• Creative problem-solving skills and ability to discuss multiple areas of knowledge necessary for a business operation. 
• Sales Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the Spanish market with existing network of potential clients and suppliers.
• Computer Skills: Proficient in email, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Communication: Excellent communication skills.
• Customer Relations: Capable of establishing relationships with potential customers.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).

We offer a 3-month contract for parental leave with the possibility of permanent position based on performance. We offer a competitive base salary and meal allowance. On-site work regime, with the possibility of 1 day of remote work after adaptation. Reporting to the General Manager in English in the absence of the colleague.
