We are currently seeking for passionate and experienced Assistant Head Waiter, to join the team in Algarve Region;

The Pestana Hotel Group is the largest Portuguese hotel group with more than 100 hotels in 16 countries across three continents.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervising and managing meetings and events operations
• Welcoming and assisting guests
• Managing the banqueting team
• Taking care of inventory, as well as inspecting both the banqueting area and the equipment in use.

Key Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in the Food and Beverages field, as well as experience in a fine-dining setting and supervising and management.
• Knowledgeable in English language (verbal and written)
• Available to work in different schedules
• Guest Oriented
• Quality Oriented
• Team person
