Job Description

Would you like to do the opening of our new Mama Shelter in Zürich?

THE MISSION?

Our customers and our teams are in good hands with you. ????

You’ll assist the F&B Director at managing the catering department (restaurant, bar and work/event spaces). ???????

In charge of developing the profitability of each outlet, you also participate in the engineering of the menu and the setting of menu prices. ????

As the true right hand of the F&B Director, you recruit, supervise, and take on many other responsibilities. ?????? You take the reins in their absence!

You ensure compliance with the law; you’re watch at Mama is never over. ????

You guarantee the customer experience is always perfect! ????

Qualifications

• Detail is important to you, nothing is lacking thanks to your sense of organisation and anticipation.
• You know how to drive sales, without turning into the Wolf of Wall Street. ?? 
• You are a diplomat and know how to bring the entire team together.
• You know how to identify talents and develop them; red chair and buzzer: it's your turn! ???
• You know how to mobilize the necessary resources (Human, Financial & Administrative) to succeed in your mission. 
• You are good at delivering the Mama experience to suppliers and service providers; you have great relationships, and they love you! 
• You want to be at the heart of the action with your team??????? and not always alone at your office. ?????????? 
• You get your hands dirty and think that leading by example is the key to success.
