We are pleased to extend an offer of employment for the position of Assistant Director of Sales at the Hilton Geneva. This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and dynamic individual to join our world-class sales team.

Key Responsibilities :

- Utilize CRM tools and Hilton’s proprietary systems to manage client accounts and track sales activity.

- Ensure sales team adherence to Hilton's policies, procedures, and service excellence standards.

- Actively participate in international trade shows, industry events, and roadshows to represent the hotel, strengthen client relationships, and generate new business opportunities.

- Leverage in-depth local market intelligence and a strong understanding of allocated GOB's market, including: traveler behavior, and the broader economic landscape to identify high-potential opportunities. Combine these insights with refined soft skills to tailor client-centric, results-driven sales strategies

- Oversee the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management review.

- Coordinate with the marketing team to create promotional campaigns and sales collateral that effectively communicate Hilton’s value proposition.

- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies to achieve optimal occupancy rates and revenue targets.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key corporate clients, travel agencies, and meeting planners to ensure repeat business and loyalty.

- Lead and mentor the sales team by setting clear goals, providing ongoing feedback, and fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

- Support the Director of Sales in designing and executing comprehensive sales strategies aligned with Hilton’s brand standards and business objectives.

- Develop and propose weekly and monthly plans for sales activities, activations, and promotional initiatives aligned with the overall commercial strategy

What are we looking for :

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a hotel sales role, preferably in a leadership position.

­- Excellent knowledge of key international markets for Geneva
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of Hilton systems and standards is a plus.
