Adecco is hiring an Assistant for the Regional Office Americas & Europe, based in Lisbon. The position supports Mitsubishi FUSOs commercial vehicle operations across North and South America, ensuring seamless daily office activities and contributing to the achievement of annual departmental objectives. The Regional Office Americas is one of four global regional hubs and oversees the full commercial vehicle portfolio for the Mitsubishi FUSO Truck and Bus Corporation, working in close cooperation with headquarters in Kawasaki, Japan. The role further encompasses coordination of sales, marketing, and aftersales support initiatives throughout the region, while fostering a corporate culture grounded in core values, legal compliance, and integrity standards.

What you will Do?

  • Coordinate with departmental teams to assist in problem-solving and event planning
  • Gather and organize information for meetings, reports, and document preparation
  • Schedule meetings, coordinate travel, and provide internal and external email support
  • Monitor, track, and manage the department budget effectively
  • Handle confidential business and sensitive personnel information responsibly

 

Your Skills

  • At least 2-3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role
  • Strong MS Office skills are required for efficient office management
  • Good communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively
  • Self-directed and flexible approach to work responsibilities
  • Japanese language proficiency at a native or business level is required
