Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor the fixed asset register and ensure reconciliation with the general ledger.
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities related to fixed assets.
• Ensure compliance with internal accounting policies and applicable accounting standards- local and IFRS framework.
• Analyze capital expenditures and ensure correct asset classification. Communication with local representitaves of the Trnava plant is required.
• Support internal and external audits by providing relevant documentation and explanations.
• Manage the regular fixed asset stock-taking procedures.
• Manage the evidence related to current state and conditions of the properties
• Collaborate with controlling, finance, and other departments to ensure accurate asset reporting.
• Contribute to process improvements and standardization within the GHS environment.
• Participate in the execution of CSOX controls related to fixed asset accounting.
• Support the preparation of the SASAC report and provide required data and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Experience in accounting, preferably in fixed asset accounting.
• Knowledge of SAP system.
• Good analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in an international and process-driven environment.
• Good communication skills in English.
