 What Youll Do

• Identify opportunities to apply generative AI in key business areas
• Translate needs into practical and measurable use cases
• Coordinate pilots and projects using AI tools (assistants, agents, workflows)
• Empower teams and foster a culture of innovation
• Measure impact and refine strategies based on data and feedback

 What Were Looking For

• Experience in digital transformation, innovation, or AI projects
• Functional knowledge of generative AI tools in corporate environments
• Ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and communicate clearly
• Proficient Portuguese and English
• Results-driven mindset with a focus on efficiency

 Bonus Points For

• Training and facilitation skills
• Experience in complex or regulated environments
• Cross-functional understanding of areas like finance, marketing, operations or HR
• Ability to lead cultural change linked to digital transformation
