Principais responsabilidades
- Manage the entire sales process from prospecting to closing;
- Spend most of your time on the road visiting HoReCa dealers to acquire new customers and develop sales through product expansion, training, and campaigns;
- Visit cooling service companies to provide training on company systems and products;
- Prepare and follow up on quotations based on customer needs;
- Develop in-depth knowledge of the area, including customer segmentation, competitors, pricing strategies, and product ranges;
- Manage and grow the existing client portfolio (dealers, installers, shopfitters);
- Increase customer loyalty and cross-selling activities to boost annual revenue per account;
- Utilize provided sales tools to maximize revenue per customer;
- Identify and secure new customers monthly, focusing on dealers, installers, and shopfitters;
- Actively seek opportunities through local trade shows and events;
- Manage daily leads generated at both group and local levels, and generate new leads independently.
Perfil desejado
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field;
Proven track record in selling Professional Refrigeration Equipment or similar;
Strong understanding of sales techniques, market dynamics, and distribution channels;
Excellent IT skills for CRM and BI tools usage;
Outstanding communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
Ability to work independently in a home-based setting while collaborating with a dynamic team;
Good knowledge of English and Spanish;
Results-oriented, hands-on approach with a drive to exceed targets;
Tenacious and empathetic, committed to building long-term relationships.
