Your new RoleThe Architect Data Platform will play a critical role in designing, implementing, and maintaining a technical platform built on Azure. You will translate complex requirements into scalable, and cost-effective solutions that support HAVI’s global operations and enhance the customer experience.
You will be responsible for:Design, develop, and maintain an high-quality technical platform built on Azure;
Design and implement CI/CD pipelines to support continuous integration and deployment;
Guide the development of scalable and efficient code through code reviews;
Identify and address technical debt, and drive cost efficiencies within the Azure and web ecosystem;
Participate in project planning and execution, including task estimation, resource allocation, progress tracking, and risk management;
Stay current with emerging technologies, trends, and software development best practices;
Create and maintain technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, specifications, runbooks, and training materials;
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers and team members;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and implement new features and enhancements.
As an Architect Data Platform you will work in an Agile development environment and participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
What you will need to succeed
As an Architect Data Platform, you will need:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science and Technology (or equivalent experience);
+10 years of experience as a Platform, Solution or App Architect (preferably within Supply Chain management or planning domains);
Proven experience as a Platform Architect in Azure;
Experience with tools such as VS Code, Azure DevOps, Git, and Jenkins;
Strong expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure, identity management, monitoring, and reporting in Azure;
Experience working with RESTful API’s and integrating them into app’s;
Proficiency in security best practices and frameworks (ISO and ISF);
Solid knowledge of security architecture topics including SSO, federation, identity, and disaster recovery architectures;
Experience working with global teams in multiple time zones;
Excellent leadership and problem-solving skills;
Excellent communication skills – Fluency in English.
