The main purpose of this mission will be carry out with high technical and scientific competence the installation, training and support of the Systems related to Phase-in/Phase-out systems, ensuring high customer satisfaction and comply with Roche quality system through the right documentation processes.
Description
The main responsibilities will be:
Conduct end-user/operator training for existing customers as part of the ongoing project scope;
Educate customers on instrument operation, result interpretation, and new software/assay updates;
Maintain and develop customer-facing documentation. Ensure the CRM system is updated with all service-related activities;
Report safety-related information according to the company and local regulations;
Perform her/his duties as described in this job description or in quality system procedures, or assigned to her/him by her/his superior, to the best of her/his ability and for the maximum benefit of the company;
Be updated about and contribute to improvements of the company's Quality System;
Develop, communicate, and administer any supplementary functional policies and procedures necessary, within the overall framework of company policy and procedures;
Successful implementation and Optimisation: Timely and effective instrument installation, assay configuration, and workflow optimisation, resulting in the customer's successful independent operation of the client's systems;
Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: achieving high customer service ratings and ensuring positive, long-term customer relationships.
Profile
A successful Applications Specialist should have:
Bachelor's Degree in a Life Science (e.g., Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biomedical Science, or Medicine);
At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in a clinical laboratory or hospital diagnostics environment, or relevant experience in technical/application support and customer experience in the diagnostic area;
