About the Role


Main tasks:



• Following up and solving incidents


• Answering user requests


• Ensure daily communication & data quality with production support teams


• Comply with ITIL standards and Securities Services rules.


• Change/Problem management



• Efficiency of the solution applied in production to solve issues



• Proper Communications to Operational Users regarding item resolution and status



• Internal Global Communication between APS IT Client teams



• The right application of SLA and fulfil APS IT duties



• Sharing your expertise and knowledge with the team



• Applying the rules and the procedures



• Avoiding recurring incidents


• Become after trainings expert-SME-with MFT software and Estars) to provide a high level of functional support



• Raise change requests to the vendor, ensure the follow up of issues until the delivery of patch corrections



• Ensure day-to-day quality of service of live applications to end-users by:


  • Resolving incidents


  • Answering user requests


  • Monitoring production environments


  • Developing a good understanding of the existing application (functional and technical)


  • Ensure daily communication & transition with teams from other time zones.


  • Definition of Alerts to monitor production.


  • Identify recurring Issues and service Request and define action plans to reduce them.



This position implies participation in planed technical validations during weekend and to work on Bank Holidays.




Technical skills:



• OS configuration for servers' instances (UNIX, Windows, Linux)



• Hardware setup and troubleshooting



• Scripting experience



• CFT



• Backup and restore



• EXCEL



• Oracle SQL / PL-SQL- ACCESS



• Experience and ability to perform technical analysis, identify impacts (functional/technical) (Mandatory)
