Um/a Application Support bem-sucedido/a deve ter:

• Provide technical support for software applications in use across the organization.
• Analyze and resolve application-related issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on system updates and improvements.
• Monitor application performance and implement proactive measures to enhance efficiency.
• Document issues, resolutions, and changes to maintain an accurate knowledge base.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices in incident, problem, and change management.
• Provide training and guidance to end-users on application functionalities.
• Participate in system testing and quality assurance activities.
