We're looking for a Application Support - Lisboa
Who We're Looking For:
Professional Experience & Technical Skills:
- We are looking for an Application Production Support professional to join a dynamic, multicultural team focused on service continuity, production stability, and digital transformation. This role is critical in ensuring high-quality service across production environments for both in-house and third-party applications.
Main tasks include:
- Act as the First Point of Contact for all IT Production-related incidents and requests
- Manage incidents, service requests, problems, and changes using ITSM tools, ensuring SLA compliance
- Monitor applications and infrastructure layers to guarantee availability and performance
- Prepare environments for releases, support testing, and ensure successful production deployments
- Collaborate closely with Development, Business, and Infrastructure teams
- Ensure clear communication with stakeholders and provide on-call support when required
Technical Skills
- ITIL certification (nice to have)
- SQL (Microsoft, Oracle, PostgreSQL, Sybase)
- Operating Systems: Windows / Windows Server, Linux (RHEL), UNIX (AIX)
- File Transfer: MQ, CFT, FTP/SFTP, FTaaS, PeSIT
- Automation & Monitoring: Control-M, Autosys, Jenkins, Ansible, Dynatrace, DevOps / SecDevOps
Additional Skills (Valued)
- Networking (LAN, VPN, LDAP, Active Directory)
- Security & Encryption (TLS/SSL, SSH, PKI, PGP/GPG, SAST/DAST)
- Infrastructure (VMs, Cloud, Load Balancers, Firewalls, DMZ)
- Cloud platforms (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
- Service Management tools (ServiceNow, JIRA, ITSM, Agile)
