We are recruiting an Application Support Technician to join our Application Development and Support Department.

Main responsibilities

• Corrective and preventive maintenance of the Group's applications managed by the Application Development and Support Department (DSA).
• First-line support for the Group's applications, covering both FrontOffice and BackOffice.
• Development of custom reports and listings for the Consumer Finance and Banking areas.

Desired profile

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in similar roles.
• Higher education in Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.
• Experience with relational databases (preferred).
• Proficiency in English.
• Strong planning and organizational skills.
• Team-oriented mindset.
• Critical thinking abilities.
