We are seeking a Senior Application Production Support willing to accept new challenges in our Closer team in a hybrid project in Lisbon.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and maintain application availability and performance in production
• Incident management, RCA and coordination with internal/external teams
• Change requests execution following ITIL & DevOps standards
• Collaboration with development teams and support squads
• Promote platform monitoring and observability (Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana)
• Ensure documentation and share best practices across teams
• Execute technical deployments and updates with minimal impact

Technical Profile:

• Java App Servers (RedHat JBoss EAP), Java debugging
• API Gateways (Axway, APIGee)
• OpenShift, Kubernetes
• Linux (RHEL)
• Monitoring Tools: Dynatrace, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Jaeger
• CI/CD: GitLab, ArgoCD, Jenkins, Nexus, Sonatype
• Automation: Ansible, Terraform
• Databases: MSSQL Server, PostgreSQL
