Our client is looking to hire an application support coordinator, where this team provides global support.

Description

  • Manages the support internal teams and coordinates the external ones aiming the optimization and developing of internal skills, perpetuating knowledge and delivering quality of service.
  • Ensures the skill level of the managed teams.
  • Coordinate all activities related Service Delivery, Service Satisfaction, Service Accomplishment, Service Quality and Assurance, Service Compliance.
  • Organizes support for the applications within its scope from end to end to guarantee user satisfaction and SLA.
  • Propose and implement actions to ensure the continuous improvement of performance and service provided.
  • Transfers the gains and profits from these actions to all third parties.
  • Establishes and manages a lasting relationship with all internal and external stakeholders within its scope with a constant concern for consistency and optimization of costs, quality and deadlines.
  • Ensures that the commitments defined with the business lines are maintained, in particular on Quality of Service.
  • Sets up the monitoring of operations (definition and monitoring of management and performance indicators of activities).
  • Ensures the communication of service indicators.

Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering or equivalent with specialization.
  • Knowledge of IT Support and Operation activities (SLA management).
  • In-depth understanding of Dashboards, Balance Score Cards, and performance metrics.
  • ITIL and / or Six Sigma certifications is a plus.
  • Fluent in English (written & spoken).
  • Previous IT experience of 10 years minimum.
  • Work experience in an international IT environment.
  • Previous experience with managing teams (5 years), management of IS services, client "facing," and exercising influence with decision makers and stakeholders.
  • Experience in IT and business processes of subsidiaries: OrderToCash, Regulatory and Logistics.
  • Ideally, experience in managing a shared service centre in an international context.
  • Service management expertise.
  • Strategic planning and vision.
  • "Business" oriented, openness to all branches of the subsidiaries and to an international culture.
  • Assertiveness and ability to persuade when making decisions.
  • Team player, staff developer.
  • Reactivity and anticipation in a rapidly changing environment (technologies, roadmap, etc.).
  • Analytical ability, attention to detail, problem solver.
  • Organizational skills, and multi-tasking ability.
  • Autonomous and committed to results, with a strong sense of ownership of the problems, and follow-up until their resolution.
