What are we looking for?

Requirements:

• Up to 15 years of experience in a similar role.
• Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with Agile methodology, JIRA, and Confluence (preferred).
• Deep knowledge of integration platforms, standards, and market trends.
• Proactive, motivated, responsible, and ownership-driven attitude.
• Critical thinker, imaginative, and able to challenge the status quo.
• Experience designing technical architecture for integration solutions.
• Ability to specify integration test plans and scenarios.
• Oversee compliance through project work reviews, including technical specs and application code.
• Strong experience with Mulesoft (mandatory).
• Without being mandatory, experience with this skills might be a tiebreaker: Familiarity with SAP PO, SAP IPC, IBM API Connect, IBM DataPower, AWS (SQS, SNS, Kinesis), Azure (Event Hubs, Service Bus, Event Grid), Google Pub/Sub.
• Language skills: English (mandatory), Portuguese and Spanish (preferred).

Job Description:

• Document integration platform guidelines and governance.
• Define new integration rules and present/defend them to stakeholders.
• Specify complex application integrations and present/defend them to stakeholders.
• Produce all necessary documentation to ensure future solution governance.
