We are hiring an Android Support Analyst L1 to be part of a pioneering project in the automotive industry, working on cutting-edge solutions that shape the future of connected mobility.

Main responsibilities

• Work closely with QA and Android engineers to analyze and resolve application issues;
• Investigate incidents using predefined tools and documentation;
• Document findings clearly to support efficient resolution and knowledge sharing;
• Conduct extensive testing on physical automotive hardware and Android emulators;
• Determine root causes of issues (application vs. system-related);
• Use ADB commands and debugging tools effectively;
• Maintain detailed and accurate records in the ticketing system;
• Comply with the companys ethical and management standards in all daily activities.

Your profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Android support and/or QA roles;
• Strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset;
• Fluency in English (written and spoken);
• Comfortable working in agile, cross-functional environments;
• Proficient with Android emulators and ADB commands.

Nice to have

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience;
• Experience with Android Automotive OS.
