Your new role 
You will contribute to building high-quality, scalable, and responsive *software*, maintain and enhance mobile applications, follow modern architectural patterns, write testable code, and support CI/CD practices. You’ll also explore new technologies to drive innovation, collaborate in agile, cross-functional teams, and mentor fellow engineers to foster a culture of continuous improvement. 

What you need to be successful 

• Proven experience in native Android development using Java and Kotlin.
• Strong knowledge of mobile app architectures (MVC, MVP, MVVM) and testing *frameworks* (JUnit, Espresso, Mockito, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with Modern Android Development tools and practices (*Jetpack*, Room, Dagger/Hilt, Retrofit, Coroutines, Flows).
• Ability to write clean, testable, and scalable code with solid CI/CD practices.
• Familiarity with RESTful APIs, Git version control, and agile methodologies.
• A proactive *mindset* with a passion for continuous learning and innovation.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and a user-focused approach to UI/UX design.
• Willingness to mentor peers and contribute to a culture of knowledge sharing.
• Fluency in English; German language skills are a plus.
