Description

Analyse and evaluate investment opportunities across multiple sectors;

Build and maintain robust financial models (DCF, LBO, trading and transaction multiples);

Support due diligence processes and transaction execution;

Prepare high-quality investment memoranda and presentations for the Investment Committee;

Monitor the financial performance of portfolio companies;

Support exit processes and ongoing investor reporting.

Profile

Degree in Finance, Economics, or Management;

Minimum of 2 years of Experience in Corporate Finance, Investment Banking, Consulting, or Private Equity;

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills, with the ability to structure analyses independently under guidance;

Analytical mindset and critical thinking, with the ability to translate financial data into clear, actionable insights;

Strong attention to detail, rigour, and a results-oriented approach;

Clear and objective communication skills, both in written analyses and in interactions with team members and external stakeholders;

Team player, comfortable working in a collaborative and high-performance environment;

Fluency in English (written and spoken).
