In this role you will be responsible for:

• Support incident resolution by collecting logs, analysing basic error details and escalating when necessary.
• Register and maintain ITSM records with accuracy, ensuring SLA adherence.
• Assist in handling standard service requests by following documented procedures.
• Perform proactive daily monitoring and health checks using available tools.
• Assist in validating and documenting deployment requirements.
• Support execution of deployments in pre production and production under supervision.
• Contribute to updates of the knowledge base and operational documentation.
• Participate in team routines and customer meetings.
• Maintain clear and professional communication with customers and internal stakeholders.

We believe that the right profile for this job should have / be:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of ITSM platforms (e.g., OpenText, ServiceNow, BMC).
• Familiarity with ticketing systems, incident workflows, and escalation paths.
• Awareness of ITIL principles and service management best practices.
• Understanding of AMS support models and operational handover processes.
• Exposure to monitoring and observability platforms (e.g., Dynatrace, Azure Monitor, Splunk Observability, Oracle Enterprise Manager).
• Basic knowledge of scripting (e.g., PowerShell) and query languages (e.g., SQL) is a plus
• Ability to work in collaborative environments with continuous improvement cycles.
