Workforce Management Analyst - Join Accenture in Portugal!

What you'll do:
- Partner with internal teams to streamline processes and recommend improvements.
- Lead complex analysis using predictive modeling and simulation to forecast workforce needs.
- Coordinate staffing schedules for optimal coverage and anticipate challenges.
- Analyze workforce trends to drive efficiency and informed decision-making.
- Collaborate with department heads to align staffing strategies.
- Support onboarding and training for new hires.
- Monitor attendance and performance metrics, implementing corrective actions when needed.
- Maintain accurate workforce data and deliver insightful reports.
- Implement workforce management tools and dashboards to enhance workflows.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in workforce management or scheduling.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Power BI, workforce management software, and Excel.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- English proficiency (B2 minimum).
Preferred:
- Experience in fast-paced, high-volume environments.
- Knowledge of labor laws and scheduling optimization techniques.
- Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
- A proactive, problem-solving mindset.
